| Meanwhile, yesterday Bit Boy reached its peak in Italian chart at 13th. It's the 7th day it's on the chart, the first being July the 5th, two days after the release... So I think it could still climb a couple places in the next few days. |
Excellent
Good review bud |

| Bit Boy!! Yeah! My Shop Channel updates 9:00am. Those ranking are great right? I hope US numbers are similar! I hope some bad games get released for Wiiware too. Only real reason why I got Onslaught was there wasn't anything else good that week. |

WiiBoy will be pleased to hear Bit Boy!! has jumped up to (lucky) number 7 in the UK popular downloads. I may be trying this out on Weds. Either that or Niki
Hope it sells well for you in the US |

Don't let the success go to Kubi's head. Next thing you know he'll be drinking champagne, hiring out limousines and being surrounded by ladies. Maybe there's a SIMS style game concept in there for you |

Seriously I do not think so... because there are no female pixels... that are all boys I think... and if one pixel gets pink - he just may be a gay Kubi. hm... on one screen there is a huge amount of pixels one by one... I think we would have to make many many games around Kubis

Haha! Oh well, as long as he's having pixellated fun, whether it's gay, straight or just plain fruity
Looking forward to checking this game out, to join Kubi on his adventures. Should be good fun. And who isn't feeling retro and nostalgic these days?
Do you think you'd like to work on another Bit Boy!! some day? Maybe start a Kubi-related series of games? |

Not even pixels with long eyelashes or different-colored rims? Also, no females=no reproduction=extinction. Better make a sequel fast.
On a related note, I vote that if there's another Bit Boy, it be another genre, with the following examples and a suitable example of a game of that type;
Platformer (not my ideas):
4-bit: Single screen (Donkey Kong)
8-bit: Scrolling screen (Super Mario Bros.)
16-bit: World map (Super Mario World)
32-bit: 2.5D game (Super Smash Bros., except that's not a platformer or 32-bit, but you get the idea)
64-bit: Open world (Super Mario 64)
128-bit: Motion controls (Super Mario Galaxy)
Racing:
4-bit: Left/right only, top-down view (Street Racing for Atari 2600)
8-bit: Top-down view, full 360 steering, rankings, different courses (Micro Machines)
16-bit: Mode 7, items (Super Mario Kart)
32-bit: Full 3D course with hills and the like, 2D characters/items, very little detail in course (Mario Kart 64, even though it's not 32-bit)
64-bit: Everything in 3D, more detailed, high-poly courses (Mario Kart DS, even though it's not on the N64)
128-bit: Fancy graphics, motion steering (Mario Kart Wii)
Scrolling Shooter
4-bit: Fixed shooter, enemies do not move independently (Space Invaders)
8-bit: 8-direction movement, levels with goals/bosses, power-ups (Star Soldier)
16-bit: Huge bosses, Mode 7, ability to select ship and improve power-ups (Gradius III)
32-bit: Great 2D graphics, lots of bullets (Zanac X Zanac)
64-bit: On-rails shooter, full 3D (Star Fox 64)
128-bit: Return to series' roots as 2D (Gradius Rebirth) |

Wonder how it'll go down in the US today. Fingers crossed for you guys at BPlus.
Only a couple of days to go and I'll let you know what my impressions are of it and get some scores posted up. |

I've got a feeling you're hinting at something there.
Ah well! It is nice, yes, although if it carries on at this rate, it could get a bit higher. As long as it stays in the chart a good while longer, it should've got a tasty sales total. |

I just played Bit Boy!!, it's quite good, not playing in LONG sessions, because that would be well, grueling. But nice for a 30 minute every other day thing to keep it fresh. This is actually a great speed run game! Although no timer. Ah well, good stuff guys. |

WooHoo! it's finally out I've been playing for an hour or so and it's pretty good so far. I'm really diggin' the Warp Mode. I'm at the 64bit world, it definitely gets harder in the later levels.
< Thank You!! |

I'm going to be honest... I didn't really like this game. After I beat the game I felt kinda of disapointed. So I decided to give it another go. I tried actually playing for points now and waiting to collect the fruit and guess what? Now im having a blast! I use my attacks wisley and I kamikaze for some extra points. Real fun!
Good job Bplus!
Happy Birthday DEMON212! |

Got the game today. I like it. And so does my bro. :O
Gotten all levels, haven't played for scores yet, only levels.
I'm getting Blast Works (Wii shmup with lots of editors) soon in the mail. When I do, I shall pay tribute to this game. |

Surrounded by Cancers! Depending on his reviews, David-DEMON212 is much older
Happy Birthday to you both!
Great to see that you all like Bit Boy!! - and yes - it is all about the high scores. Some may have forgotten that many years ago, high scores was everything for a gamer. It was very important to find out who was the best player by comparing High Scores and that is all the fun in Bit Boy!! too.
Rescue Kubi's friends but do not forget the fruit!! |

Yup I know a ton of Cancers too, I love ths star sign but hate how it's named after such a deadly disease.
I mean in it's true form, Cancarian it's ok, lol.
Blast Works, was after that and I totally forgot about it, cheers for the reminder
Oh, and to get back on topic, glad to hear that you all like BB |

Wait... it was your Birthday, David? Why didn't you say so!
*Imaginary Birthday hugs for ÆNIGMA*
I thought Blast Works was pretty good, if incredibly hard IMO, and the level editor is really hard to get used to. |
