| Just to say that on most of the forums I've been perusing, the more time people are spending on this game the more they are changing their initial (often negative) impressions of it. So I guess WiiBoy should be feeling happy that people are now warming to it, and possibly understanding the structure/concept behind it. |

Don't get too drunk Or should that be, have fun getting too drunk!
Been playing Bit Boy!! for the last couple of hours. Have to say I'm loving it. Fun, frantic, accurately retro and full of lots of cool details (like the flickering polygons in the 3D mazes, a nice touch). Just had a quick go of Warp Mode and it's very addictive. The only minor gripe I have with the game at all so far is the zoom function on the 128-bit world. It'll take a bit of time to get used to it but I do like the jump function, leaping onto logs and things to avoid enemies is good fun.
So far the 32-bit world is the one that sticks out. You can just feel the tension, and the 3D angle emphasizes that with its claustrophobic feel.
Great work. I'm more than happy with the purchase so far. |

am currently playing you latest game Bit Boy and am loving it! All I can say is WOW! I don't know if being over 40 years-old helps in the appreciation of the details, but having that history in my eyes really helps in seeing all the care and love you have brought to this title. Additionally, I am writing a review of Bit Boy for www.behindthehype.com and would appreciate any press materials you could provide me. If none are available, could I email you a list of questions you could field to the developers?
Lastly, I will be attending Comic-Con in San Diego next week and it occurred to me this would a great opportunity to get the word out on this game. I would be happy to distribute any materials (ie. flyers) to people to help promote this game. Having attended and worked the convention for over 20 years now I can safely say, this really is your core audience. Let me know if I can help in any way possible to promote this.
Thanks for the Entertainment!

I thought Blast Works was pretty good, if incredibly hard IMO, and the level editor is really hard to get used to. |
Well I put it on my channel just to say that I'd be offline for 24 hours (Explaining why I wasn't answering comments) but with forums usually it comes up at the bottom of the main page, so I never post, guess it didn't though, lol. |

While you're there, could you advertise Retro Game Challenge? If you do, the sequel will be more likely to come out in America. |

How excellent that someone would want to selflessly promote the game when most snub it without even giving it a chance. Thank god people like you still exist. And everything you said about the game is right. It's brilliant. From the concept to the graphics to the sound, and all those finely tuned details that make it the classic it is. As you say, you can just feel the dedication oozing from it.
In testament to Bit Boys!! addictiveness I've already clocked up nearly 6 hours of play time today! Lol! Maybe I should be embarrassed but I couldn't care less! Long live Kubi!!!!!!! |

It is great to read that you all have so much fun with Bit Boy!! thank you for the kind words. It is also great to see that some people just may need a bit more time to really enjoy Bit Boy!! - seems like in all of our games.
It was a great launch in the US and we hope that many people giving our games a chance and especially we love to see all the support our (new) fans gives us in the world wide web!
It is all about the high scores and not forgetting the fruit and it is great to see this retro-perspective appeals to the most true old-school-gamer and als new/younger ones.

Nice review. Hope it helps spread the word.
Anyone else love the turbo mode at the end of classic mode? I played it for so long my score refused to go any higher! Lol! |

Wow I am gobsmacked that BehindTheHype.com gave it a 9 out of 10.
I really love the TURBO MODES. In the TURBO CLASSIC MODE it just counts score for every Kubi you rescue (not for fruits or defeated monsters) so you really rescued 999 Kubis!!

| It doesn't save your score on Turbo though right? Also why does it start on 16-Bit? It's your favorite? |

Does that make me some kind of superhero to the Kubis then?
Good to see it selling well in Sweden, looks like it's having a strong week
As for T-Shirts, that'd be awesome! Kubi on the front and
Bit Boy!! written on the back in multicoloured lettering! Or the other way around |

Yeah, I think a lot of the time the new games take that long to show up in there. Fingers crossed anyway
Just want to say also, this game is even better in co-op mode. My girlfriend and I spent some time playing it last night together and she loves it. You have yet another Bit Boy!! fan! It's also good to improve your scores in Warp Mode |
