Bit Boy!! delivers 30 totally different levels. Not only the graphical style but the whole game play changes with every level. That variation was one of our main aims to support with Bit Boy!!.
Some people seem to be frustrated if there are long corridors or dead ends. Others love the thrill of them. Some like open areas and some may like intensive mazes. Here we want to know which levels you like and which levels you do not like and why.
For example:
I LIKE:
XX-Bit - Level 1: Because it is the first level
I DISLIKE:
XX-Bit - Level 5: I always lose a life when trying to get the last fruit.
So start Bit Boy!! and find out which levels you prefer. If you use the WARP-Mode you will be much quicker! |

| I HATE 64-Bit! It's too crowded and not enough maze like to move! I get killed really quick! In a frustrating way! I wish it was more like Level 1 on 16-Bit with all those places to move. I was barely able to beat it once so I don't know how the heck im going to do high scores. |

I agree 64 bit is frustrating. Just like "real" 64 bit games of the era;) I'm a 32 bit fan. just the right balance of detail and space. |

It is very very difficult, but not to the point where I get frustrated. And that's because I once played Space Station: Silicon Valley on the N64 (funnily enough). And once you've completed that game, no game will ever frustrate you ever again! Lol! And I've only started remembering games like that through playing Bit Boy!! And that is a positive, by the way.
Admittedly the earlier levels are easier to play, or are more user-friendly for that reason, with the benefit of being able to see the whole maze. I enjoy the "unexpectedness" of suddenly being face to face with a monster, then high-tailing it out of there. But I can appreciate why that might not appeal to some players. The second level on the 64-bit level is intense! Super-scary! |

My brothers got me into gaming with a hand-me-down Atari back in the early-mid 80s, I'd have been about 4 yrs old! Lol! The first solid gaming memories for me comes from the Acorn Electron, Asteroid and Galaxians (I think anyway, may be wrong) before C64 took over our lives
Now I've hit 30 it's great to play a game like Bit Boy!! and reflect on those various eras of gaming. And it must work, because it's thrown out all manner of titles which never usually get a thought. Chuckie Egg, Manic Miner, Pac-Man and things.
The first era on Bit Boy!! takes me back to sitting playing the Acorn Electron/Atari in amazement. And each successive generation seems to inspire similar thoughts. Makes you realise just how powerful (and nostalgic) gaming can be
Sorry for the long-winded response, I tend to go on a bit! Lol! Are you a content Ninty fan then or do you play all platforms? |

I am a die hard nintendo fan and a xbox 360. I have never bought into Sony....not a fan of the company or their games, never have been.
But I have been pumping quarters since Pong. I'm 40 and one of the 'pre-nup" agreements I had with my Wife is that I would never stop gaming. It could be worse, I could be a drug addict. Anyway she at least knows where I am....currently playing the re-made Monkey Island game.
What I want most is a re-make of the old N64 Pilot Wings. Hint, Hint bplus developers! |

A good part of Bit Boy is to invoke memories. I wish I was old enough to have video game memories from before the 64-bit era. |

I agree with the above posts. The 64 bit era was very frustrating. But other than the insane difficulty and the very short length of the game, the game was very enjoyable. Bplus, can you make a sequel to Bit Boy with totally new gameplay, and port it to the actual Wii console so more people who don't have internet, like my cousins, can play Bit Boy? The world needs more Bit Boy! |

Great to hear that you got Bit Boy!! and enjoy it that much!
Gamers are the world for us, and if you need more Bit Boy!! you will get what you want! It will take some time, because we are working on several projects right now, but I am sure next year you will hold Kubi in your hands assisting him in an all new time traveling action adventure game.
Stay tuned |
